Our Deluxe Carpet Cleaning package is the ultimate in carpet cleaning. It involves a 11 step process and a 1 Year Spot and Spill warranty.

The 11 Steps include:

  1. Pre-Inspection - Professional advice and evaluation of your carpets
  2. Pre-vacuum with industrial up-right; hospital grade filtration - Dry vacuuming will remove more than 70% of dry soil.
  3. Pre-Spraying - Carpet is sprayed with biodegradable and non toxic cleaning solution. When applied, it breaks down the soiling in the carpet immediately.
  4. Spotting - Treating any visible spots or stains
  5. Rotary agitation with soft brush of pad. To loosen soiling. - Cleans up to 50% better. - Agitation will loosen soiling from carpet fibres
  6. Powerful Truckmount Steam Extraction - Steam Cleaning Carpets (hot water Extraction) using Carpet rinse for pH balance and to ensure no residue is left in the carpet
  7. Deodorising - Deodoriser is applied to remove odour.
  8. Rotary Dry Pad to leave your carpets walk-on dry - Removes the last standing water from carpet pile, reducing drying times and brightens carpet by 20%
  9. Final grooming to remove cleaning marks - Resets the carpet pile, pile is left standing to maximize appearance and reduce drying times.
  10. Maxim carpet protection - With a 1 year spot & spill guarantee.
  11. High Speed Air Movers - These are used to dry area faster

Limited One Year Warranty Carpet spot and spill warranty

This warranty applies if you have had your carpet / upholstery professionally cleaned and protected with "BridgePoint Maxim Advanced Carpet / Guardsman Upholstery Protector" by The Carpet Cleaning Company. The Carpet Cleaning Company warrants that for one year from the date of the protector being applied, if the treated areas of your carpet become stained from water based or oil based stains occurring during normal household use, and the stains cannot be removed by using The Carpet Cleaning Company: Home Pro Spotter following the Stain Removal Procedures, then we will return to clean the area free of charge.
